William 'Suitcase" Jefferson, D-Louisiana, Sighting

Indicted Congressman William "Suitcase" Jefferson, D-Louisiana, was spotted to day in a Time Saver in New Orelans East. He was using some of his "cold cash" to buy cigarettes. Lots of cigarettes.
